Domestic Data Streamers
Sound design for a light installation
Right after the pandemic, the uncertanity of what would be in place for us in the future was more alive than ever. Throught this light sculputre, Domestic Data Streamers aimed to show the grouth in numbers of the search of the concept “future”, retrieving all the data from google trends. It was comissioned by the Fundación Telefonica.
The sound design was mainly focused on accompaning this light installation. There was a “flatted” 5.1 audio system. Each speaker was placed in between two columns of light, and the sound would be played when that specific part of the installation would light up, helping the user focus on each moment.
